Refund Policy

David Protein accepts eligible return requests made within 30 days after an item is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To qualify, the item should be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging. Please provide the order number or other proof of purchase when contacting us.

How to Request a Return

Email eqoviguval379@gmail.com or call 702-360-7011 within the 30-day period. Wait for approval and return instructions before sending an item. For every eligible return, David Protein pays the return shipping cost and provides a prepaid label or another no-cost return method.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If an order arrives damaged, has missing contents, or contains the wrong item, contact us promptly with the order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs when available. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, return method, or refund.

Refund Timing

After the returned item is received and the return is approved, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit to your account.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order before shipment. We will try to help, but a cancellation, item change, or address change cannot be guaranteed once processing has started. Orders that have shipped must follow the return process above.
