Shipping Policy

David Protein ships to delivery addresses within the United States. Standard Shipping is free.

Processing Time

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays are not business days.

Transit Time

After shipment, Standard Shipping normally takes 4–6 business days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier congestion, severe weather, address problems, and other events outside our control may cause delays.

Tracking

After the order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address used for the order. Carrier scans can take time to appear.

Address Corrections

Customers should enter a complete and accurate shipping address. If an address is incorrect, contact eqoviguval379@gmail.com or call 702-360-7011 as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change after the order has shipped or entered fulfillment.

Delayed, Lost, Damaged, or Misdelivered Orders

If tracking is delayed, a package appears lost, the order arrives damaged, or delivery was made to the wrong location, contact us with the order number and relevant tracking details. For damage or an incorrect delivery, include photographs when available. We will review the issue with the carrier and explain the available resolution under our Refund Policy.
