Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and purchases from the David Protein online store. By using the store, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked in the footer.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and must provide accurate, current account, contact, billing, and shipping information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login information secure.

Products, Prices, Inventory, and Orders

Product information, price, availability, ingredients, allergens, nutrition, size, flavor, quantity, storage guidance, and other item details are shown on the applicable product page or delivered packaging. Prices and inventory may change before an order is accepted. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not require acceptance of an order affected by unavailable inventory, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or an unlawful request. If we cancel an accepted paid order, we return the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Payment and Checkout

Orders are processed in USD using the methods displayed at checkout. Product charges, discounts, taxes, and shipping charges are determined by the final checkout page. Payment processing is handled through Shopify and authorized payment providers.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Free Standard Shipping, 1–2-business-day processing, and the usual 4–6-business-day transit estimate are described in our Shipping Policy. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery as described in our Refund Policy. After a return is received and approved, a refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days; the financial institution may require additional posting time.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with store security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or access the service without authorization; submit false information; or infringe another person's rights.

Intellectual Property

Store content, design, text, graphics, logos, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Access to the store does not transfer ownership or grant permission for commercial reuse beyond rights expressly provided by law.

Third-Party Services

Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and linked third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for a third party's independent services, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the store is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. David Protein is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised Terms.
